The Journey of Philosophy from Andalusia to Anatolia

Ibn Tufayl
The third important representative of Islamic philosophy in Andalusia is Ibn Tufayl, who essentially represents the pinnacle of Islamic Neoplatonism. Ibn Tufayl (1106 -1186), who aims to reveal how the human mind, which is not helped by society, the help of society/others and religion itself, can reach the knowledge of the Truth, also with his famous thesis, which constitutes one of the most important issues of Islamic Neo-Platonism, He is known for his idea of the harmony or compatibility of philosophy and religion.
Philosophy understanding:
Ibn Rushd, one of the important representatives of the Peripatetic school in Islamic philosophy, establishes an absolute relationship between God's knowledge and existence and adopts the idea that God's knowledge is the cause of existence. He accepts this knowledge as God's knowledge of himself.
Today, four of his works are known:
1) Esrâr-ul-Hikmet-il-İşrakiyye: It is about physics and philosophy.
2) Aristotle from Şerhun alâ Âsâr-il-Ulviyye: It is about meteorology.
3) Kitabün fit-Tıb: It is about medicine.
